Inspection & moisture mapping
Meters and mapping identify everything that got wet — including what you can't see behind walls and under floors. The map becomes the scope.
Extraction & demolition where needed
Standing water is extracted; unsalvageable materials are removed and disposed of. Salvageable structure is prepped for drying.
Monitored structural drying
Air movers and dehumidifiers are placed by calculation, and drying is verified daily with logged readings — so "dry" is a number, not a guess.
Repairs & rebuild
